if u r going by average NW
and by some fighting ability

i would say FA, and CCSGN
both have a good ability to Netgain(both in top 15 of average NW)

and both pack a punch for their size

Keep LCN on - this is also based on past performance.

Cult, Seawolf, POW, Arrow and OLM need to be added

I think League should DEFINATLY be on here. Sure they don't look that great right now, but they are prepaired for war, they are amost solid Dictators and Communists, they realy want to fight this reset. They have netgainers and fighters. In fact they have some of the best pound for pound fighters in the game (TKS, you fight them and you know it, probably because when you try to log in you can't because your country is dead, and if it's not dead, be worried because you could be next)

Heh, Marty, count how many times I have ttt'd this thread (obviously and disguised ttt's). It hasn't been as much as some people. :)

I also just want to get enough people suggesting alliances to add or remove so the revised list is as publicly acceptable as possible.
